Hello, I’m Neil the founder and craftsman at Truswood Ltd. We are a small New Zealand owned workshop, based in North Auckland. Everything I make is designed and made by hand on site from locally sourced materials.
I’m passionate about bringing together great design, functionality and quality materials to create furniture that lasts. I take pride in the detail to ensure you love the final product. I’d love to work with you on your next furniture, cabinetry or bespoke project.
How I work with clients
Most often clients will call or get in touch via email with an initial idea of what they are looking for. From there, I’ll work with them to build out requirements such as; dimensions, design, preferred materials, and budget.
Often I will send back a few different options for clients to choose from, once the draft is agreed I can supply a 3D design to confirm the commission along with final timing, installation and/or delivery options.
